Accountable for driving innovation initiatives in digital transformation, legaltech, and artificial intelligence, with a strong emphasis on business impact and continuous improvement. Represents both markets at the executive board level, contributing to global decision-making and cross-regional collaboration.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdansk and completed MBA Executive Program. In 2022, obtained diploma from the Academy of Leadership Psychology, Technical University in Warsaw.
In his spare time enjoys swimming, mountain biking and reading science fiction books.
