Lori Lennemann is a Senior Regulatory Consultant with Wolters Kluwer, U.S. Advisory Services. Lennemann brings over 20 years of relevant lending and compliance experience to assist institutions of all sizes in reviewing their Fair Lending Program.  Lennemann performs fair lending and UDAAP risk assessments, data validation reviews for HMDA and CRA, fair lending and redlining data analytics, and CRA analysis. Lennemann has extensive experience in lending processes, including underwriting and regulatory data collection (HMDA/CRA), and building a fair and responsible banking program from the ground up.  In addition, Lennemann also has robust experience in performing comprehensive compliance monitoring and testing, performing root cause analysis with effective action plan implementation, analyzing complaints, writing policies and procedures, and building streamlined, consumer focused, and compliant processes in partnership with the respective business units.  Lennemann is an experienced, solutions oriented trainer who bridges the gap between regulatory requirements and business unit operations.

Lennemann received a BA in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Montana and holds Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager and Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer certifications.
