Leander completed a Master's degree in Accounting & Finance and gained 1.5 years of professional experience at a bank at the same time. After completing his Master's degree, he joined Lindt & Sprüngli, where he initially worked as a Finance Business Analyst in the export business. He then moved to Corporate Controlling and is currently responsible for the implementation of CCH Tagetik in the area of non-financial reporting.
