Karen von Tschirschky is EVP Finance and CFO of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Division. She leads the financial strategy and direction of the division globally with expertise in operational finance, partnering with senior executives to drive complex decision making and improved results.
Before joining Wolters Kluwer in 2025, von Tschirschky held a number of senior finance leadership positions at Fidelity Information Services (FIS), leading large global teams supporting complex business portfolios across payments, core banking, and wealth & retirement verticals. Portfolio solutions included software, SaaS, IP-based services and cloud-enabled solutions.
Prior to FIS, von Tschirschky held similar roles with other large publicly traded global companies including Fiserv and IBM spanning 20+ years in fintech. She has a strong track record of working in large, matrixed organizations delivering transformation and elevated financial and business insights. von Tschirschky holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Georgia State University and is a graduate of the University of Florida.
