Jason Marx is CEO of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting, North America. In this role, Marx leads the development and delivery of innovative, cloud-based tax and compliance software, firm management and information solutions for tax, accounting and audit professionals.
Marx joined the Tax & Accounting division in 2013 as President of CCH Small Firm Services and the global Executive for Tax & Accounting Brazil.
Marx previously served as VP & General Manager, Residential & Indirect Lending for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services with a track record of delivering new innovation in lending compliance and solutions to banks and lenders of all sizes and significant business growth.
Marx has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services and technology sectors, with proven abilities to drive top line growth and deliver innovative solutions that position customers to succeed. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer in 2007, Marx held executive leadership positions in the banking, insurance and financial services industry, including CitiMortgage, Ultraprise Corporation, Household International and co-founded AMRESCO Residential Credit Corporation.
Marx was named by Accounting Today as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People for 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA, Finance from DePaul University.
