She is passionate about empowering healthcare professionals and institutions to leverage evidence-based tools such as UpToDate® and UpToDate® Lexidrug™ to enhance clinical decision-making and help improve patient outcomes.
Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Ginger worked as a clinical research associate in the pharmaceutical industry and held various roles in emergency nursing and clinical research. Her hands-on experience in both acute care and clinical trials enables her to deeply understand the needs of healthcare teams and provide strategic guidance on product adoption and utilization.
In her current role, Ginger combines her clinical expertise with a customer-centric approach to deliver impactful education, data-driven insights, and long-term value to healthcare organizations across the Asia-Pacific region. She is currently collaborating with Mongolia’s Ministry of Health, Center of Health Development, and the General Authority of Health Insurance to drive the nationwide implementation of UpToDate, successfully improving clinical decision-making efficiency and the quality of medical care.
