With over 18 years of experience, Flora has in-depth technical experience in a variety of transfer pricing and tax structuring projects, including M&A, IP structuring, business model transformation and tax audit expertise.

Flora is leading the Swiss Operational Transfer Pricing team with ERP and technology expertise (price setting, margin monitoring, price adjustments). She is a core member of the global OTP network at PwC delivering end-to-end automation solutions for clients worldwide.

Flora is working with key strategic alliance partners, e.g. EPM providers (CCH Tagetik) to provide OTP solutions to customers across all industries (construction, industrial products, luxury, automotive, financial services, etc.). and covering all types of TP models (e.g. centralized vs decentralized models, supply chain models, R&D models, reverse logistics, licensing schemes, etc.).

Flora is known for her end-to-end view supporting clients from design to implementation making sure that automation and process efficiency is part of every project.
