Craig Crabtree is the Executive Vice President & General Manager of Wolters Kluwer’s Compliance Solutions business, a leading provider in the risk management and regulatory compliance solutions and services to U.S. banks, credit unions, insurers and securities firms. In this capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of the business, including driving sustainable growth, modernizing the technology, and improving the end-to-end experience for customers and key stakeholders.
Craig is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience leading mortgage, housing, and data‑driven businesses across complex, highly regulated markets. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Equifax Mortgage & Housing Solutions, where he led the company’s mortgage and rental businesses across all solution and product categories.
During his tenure at Equifax, Craig expanded the organization’s capabilities in employment and income verification, capital markets, and property and data analytics, helping lenders gain a more comprehensive view of borrower financial profiles and improve decision‑making across the mortgage lifecycle. His career spans origination, servicing, loss mitigation, and capital markets, with a consistent focus on using data, analytics, and technology to drive better outcomes for customers, consumers, and communities.
Craig holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Elon University. He is a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) and an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) through the Mortgage Bankers Association.
