Barb Carr is a TapRooT® Instructor and Editorial Director for System Improvements, Inc./TapRooT®. With a background in legal, Barb has a B.S. in psychology, and trained with the National Forensic Science Technology Center. She is the co-author of “TapRooT® Evidence Collection and Interviewing Techniques to Sharpen Investigation Skills” (2017), and co-developer of the TapRooT® Effective Interviewing and Evidence Collection course.
