Atul Dubey

Atul Dubey is the GM of Wolters Kluwer’s OneSumX Finance, Risk and Regulatory business, a leading provider in the regtech/risktech space. In this capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of the business, including driving sustainable growth, modernizing the technology, and improving the end-to-end experience for customers and key stakeholders.

He has had multiple roles in Wolters Kluwer. Most recently he was the GM of the company’s Legal & Regulatory US division, driving growth through digital content & software leveraging GenAI. Prior to that he served as the Chief Strategy Officer & NA M&A focused on organic growth strategies, portfolio optimization, digital marketing transformation and the global innovation process.

Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer in 2016, he had successful career in banking at Citigroup, where he started in Strategy for the institutional businesses and finally as the MD & COO of their global custody, clearing and fund administration businesses. Prior to that he was in management consulting at Booz Allen, specializing in strategy, transformation and operations for institutional banking clients in their Financial Services practice.

He has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Machine Tool Engineering from the University of Bombay. He is passionate about STEM and serves as a Trustee on the Board of the New York Hall of Science.
