Atul Dubey is the Executive Vice President & General Manager of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) at Wolters Kluwer, part of the CP & ESG division. In this role, he oversees the strategic direction and operational leadership of CCH Tagetik, Wolters Kluwer’s enterprise-scale Corporate Performance Management software platform.

Built on a trusted, governed foundation, it propels autonomous close, continuous planning, and real-time reporting by embedding deep domain intelligence across finance processes. With confidence in their data and the flexibility to scale, organizations accelerate decisions and anticipate what’s next.

Atul has held multiple senior leadership roles at Wolters Kluwer, leading complex, global software businesses across finance, risk, legal, regulatory, and compliance domains. He previously served as Executive Vice President & General Manager of Compliance Solutions, as well as General Manager of the OneSumX Finance, Risk and Regulatory business and the Legal & Regulatory U.S. business. Across these roles, he focused on scaling enterprise platforms, modernizing technology, and applying advanced analytics and AI to drive growth and customer value.

In addition, Atul served as Chief Strategy Officer, where he was responsible for organic growth strategy, North America mergers and acquisitions, portfolio optimization, digital marketing transformation, and the global innovation process.

Before joining Wolters Kluwer in 2016, Atul spent over a decade at Citigroup, where he held senior roles in strategy for institutional banking businesses and served as Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer for its global custody, clearing, and fund administration businesses. Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant at Booz Allen, advising financial services clients on strategy, transformation, and operations.

Atul holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Machine Tool Engineering from the University of Bombay. He is passionate about STEM education and serves as a Trustee on the Board of the New York Hall of Science.
