For the last several months, as we have planned this year’s Amplify user conference, one of our top priorities has been making sure that our mix of subject matter includes significant content relevant to our clients working in insurance claims departments. This will be evident in our thought leadership and training sessions across topics, which we are designing with both corporate legal and insurance claims departments in mind. In order to best serve all of our attendees, these sessions will include information and best practices applicable to both constituencies.

There will also be a thought leadership session designed exclusively for claims professionals. In Revolutionizing Claims and Litigation: AI's Role in Insurance Transformation, our AI experts will talk about the many ways generative AI could have an effect on how claims departments are run. They will define generative AI and describe the potential it has to transform claims processes and deliver improved performance for these busy teams.
