Update: After our webinar on March 21, 2024, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board), and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) (the “agencies”) issued supplemental rulemaking that further amends the agencies’ CRA regulations.
Along with making technical corrections, the agencies extended the applicability dates of:
- §_.16 Facility-Based Assessment Areas
- §_.43 Content and Availability of Public File
The agencies also clarified the applicability date of:
- §_.44 Public Notice by Banks
