Rose is the Clinical Nurse Consultant for Clinical Emergency Response System at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney, collaborating with clinicians, stakeholders, and NSW Health pillar organisations to drive practice improvement in the recognition and management of deterioration. Rose works with teams to examine current practices and facilitate improvement.

Rose completed the JBI Evidence Implementation Training Program in 2023, applying the principles of the JBI Evidence Implementation Framework to create targeted multimodal strategies to improve compliance with best practice medication administration behaviours.

Senior Research Fellow, JBI

Lucy Lizarondo is a Senior Research Fellow in the Implementation Science team of JBI in the University of Adelaide in South Australia. She works closely with clinicians to develop, implement, and evaluate strategies to improve the quality and safety of health services globally. A significant aspect of her research revolves around understanding facilitation as a pivotal strategy for evidence implementation. She investigates the dynamics of facilitation in the context of evidence uptake, exploring its role in overcoming barriers and catalysing effective implementation. Central to her research agenda is the utilisation of the JBI Evidence Implementation Framework, synergistically integrated with a diverse array of theories, models, and frameworks.

Lucy actively engages in research projects aimed at driving tangible enhancements in patient care. This involves collaborating with clinicians, stakeholders, and international partners to implement evidence-based strategies that directly impact healthcare delivery and outcomes. Aside from evidence implementation, Lucy is also a research methodologist specialising in evidence synthesis and transfer.
