About the speakers
Dr. Marcela Cámpoli is a mission-driven professional with 15+ years of global experience enhancing program performance through evidence-based practices and strategic change management. With expertise in digital health, data analytics, clinical research, and health economics, she has led teams serving underserved populations and driving innovative projects. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Dr. Cámpoli holds a doctorate in health economics (summa cum laude), a master’s in health administration, and a BBA. Certified in Quality Improvement by ASQ, she completed a WHO/PAHO residency and recently served as Lead Coach for Georgetown University’s Bias Reduction Improvement Program (BRIC).
Dr. Una Hopkins is a distinguished nursing professional with over 30 years of Oncology experience, including 25 years as a nurse practitioner. She serves as the Director of Research and Evidence-Based Practice at Montefiore Medical Center, where she leads nurse engagement in research, academic affiliations, and system-wide initiatives across Montefiore’s extensive health system. Dr. Hopkins also manages specialized training programs, secures funding for educational projects, and oversees presentations and publications for the Department of Nursing. In March 2025, she began her term as President of the Association of Cancer Care Centers (ACCC), reflecting her leadership within the Oncology community.
Rachel Dicker is a Product Management Associate at Wolters Kluwer, Health Learning, Research & Practice. She is responsible for creating and implementing product strategies, innovation, and market outreach for new clinical research and information solutions. Her current focus is supporting academic and clinical leadership to teach, adopt, implement and disseminate best practices to improve quality, safety, investments and patient outcomes. She received the 2021 Health Learning, Research & Practice High Performance Recognition Award and the 2021 Wolters Kluwer Global Innovation Award.
