About the speakers
Charlotte Viken is a librarian and a member of the Ovid Customer Success Team. Since 2007, she has helped libraries and information specialists make the most of their Ovid resources through trainings, implementations, and customizations.
Yvonne van de Vrede has been a member of the Ovid Customer Success Team since 2021. She has a background in molecular pharmacology and over 18 years’ experience of working in different roles in database management before joining Ovid as a client trainer. As the only Dutch-speaking member of the team, she is very much involved in supporting the Benelux region.
