  • Closing the loop on process hazard analysis actions
Many companies still manage PHA recommendations in static reports and scattered Excel trackers, creating gaps in traceability, ownership, and follow‑through. This Action Plan Integration demo shows how PHA SaaS turns recommendations into a living, managed workflow rather than a one‑off deliverable. Auditors, engineers, and managers can see recommendations that remain open, what has been implemented, and how risk has changed. This “closed loop” from PHA findings to an implemented solution restores traceability, strengthens accountability, and reduces the risk of recommendations that quietly die in spreadsheets.
  • Centralization and standardization
Global organizations often have dozens of local PHA practices with desktop tools, spreadsheets, and slightly different templates at each site. This fragmentation creates inconsistent taxonomies (causes, safeguards, consequences, risk matrices), makes benchmarking difficult, and weakens corporate oversight. This demo shows how SaaS provides a single, governed environment for all PHAs while still allowing local flexibility where needed.
  • Dynamic barrier health and operational risk
Most PHAs and bowties are static snapshots. Once a workshop is over, the risk picture is frozen in a report while the plant keeps changing. Maintenance backlogs, overrides, and control-of-work (CoW) activities all affect barrier statuses, but there’s no single, up‑to‑date view for operations to understand how risk shifts day to day. This demo shows how to connect bowtie and PHA barriers to live data from maintenance, CoW, and control systems to calculate dynamic barrier health.
  • Always audit ready
Always audit ready Many organizations still prepare for audits by manually assembling PHA reports, bowties, barrier data, maintenance logs and training records from multiple systems. This makes it difficult to demonstrate traceability, prove that findings have been addressed, and show that critical maintenance and competency requirements are consistently met. This demo will illustrate how actionable reporting and structured document management ensures maintenance, and training records are centralized, up to date, and easily retrievable.
