I am writing this post as a follow up to my recent communication to inform our National Accounts customers of some changes at Wolters Kluwer. We have reorganized the Canadian National Account Division to the Wolters Kluwer Global and National Account Division under my leadership. As the Vice President, Global and National Accounts, I have been a part of this organization for 28 years with the responsibility to manage the largest global professional service organizations, and our Global Tax, Audit, and Advisory services/technologies within the Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting Division.
What will this reorganization mean for National Accounts customers?
The change will not only strengthen our relationships with customers, it will enhance our ability to deliver the innovative products and services that will help propel their success to greater heights. To be more specific, it will help improve workflow efficiency and maximize profits for them through better class product design.
And what will my day-to-day role be within the new structure?
My focus will be on helping National Account customers with their strategy and goals. The process begins with me getting to know their unique corporate vision and needs. Then, I will identify opportunities and develop optimal solutions, working collaboratively with the stellar professionals that are available within the Wolters Kluwer group. I am referring to our world-renowned sales specialists, product managers and technology experts.
How are we ensuring a successful transition?
During our reorganization planning, we took steps to ensure that our transition would be as smooth and seamless as possible. What we were aiming for was to make certain that we could continue to serve the needs of our National Account customers without any interruptions.
Making successful changes involves having the right people in the right positions moving forward. Seasoned Wolters Kluwer veteran Todd Cooper, Director of Global Key Accounts will be the primary contact for National Accounts customers - and he will report directly to me.
We are confident that the changes Wolters Kluwer is instituting will only strengthen our relationship with our National Accounts customers. They will also enhance our ability to deliver the products and services that propel their success to greater heights.
