Wolters Kluwer divests French legal notices business line

Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory announces that it has signed and completed the divestment of its French legal notices business, Annonces & Formalités Légales, to Médialex, part of Sipa-Ouest-France Group.

Annonces & Formalités Légales, which has 34 full-time employees, supports the publication of legal notices and announcements for businesses in France. The divestment is consistent with the strategy of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory to focus on professional information and software solutions in core legal markets.
