CHRO Bill Baker profiled by Management Scope Magazine

Bill Baker, Chief Human Resources Officer of Wolters Kluwer, was profiled in the February 2022 issue of Dutch magazine Management Scope.

Deloitte Consulting partner Frans Dagelet interviewed Bill about his first 100 days as CHRO amid the global pandemic. In the article, Bill discusses the company’s focus supporting employees and delivering for customers. Bill reflects on the importance of understanding our workforce in order to identify and develop talent and foster connectedness.
