CGE Risk launched an incident e-Learning course

We are very happy to annouce that ….

Next to bowtie method and BowTieXP e-Learning modules, CGE Risk is now also providing an IncidentXP e-Learning course! This package consists of two different modules: 1) Introduction to learning from incidents and 2) Introduction to IncidentXP.

Both modules can be completed in about one hour. Each module has intermediate quiz questions and a final quiz at the end.

Module 1 – e-Learning: Introduction to learning from incidents

During this module, users will get familiar with the basics of learning from incidents. Chapters include:

  • Why learn from incidents
  • Incident investigation
  • Incident analysis methods
  • The Barrier Failure Analysis (BFA) method and guidelines
  • Other barrier based analysis methods
  • Non-barrier based analysis methods
  • Learning from incidents
  • Conclusion

Module 2 – e-Learning: Introduction to IncidentXP

The aim of this module is to provide users with a proper understanding of how to use IncidentXP. The content of the course will be as follows:

  • Installation and activation
  • Creating an incident
  • Investigation results
  • Analysis process (BFA)
  • Recommendations
  • Attachments
  • Functions for reporting
  • Learning from incidents
  • Using the test file
