Joanne Cursinella is a Senior Developmental Editor in Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. She has been with the company since 2005. She regularly contributes to Securities Regulation Daily and edits a variety of publications, including securities law treatises SEC Proxy and Compensation Rules, Capital Markets Handbook, Practical Guide to Section 16 Reporting and Compliance, The Regulation of Corporate Disclosure, The Regulation of Money Managers, Takeover Defense: Mergers and Acquisitions, Delaware Law of Corporations and Business Organizations, Meetings of Stockholders, and Marsh’s California Corporation Law, as well as Advanced Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Practice, Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, The Lawyer’s Almanac, Banking Law and Regulation, Employment Law Update, Labor Law  Landscape, and Health Care Fraud and Abuse Compliance Manual. Joanne has a J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Newark and is admitted to practice in New Jersey. She was graduated magna cum Laude with a degree in Communication from Seton Hall University and earned a master of library science degree from Southern Connecticut State University. She is a member of Beta Phi Mu, the International Library and Information Services Honor Society.
