Continuously associated with the company since 2000. At the first stage of her work she managed, among others, publishing teams ensuring a high standard and substantive scope of the publishing offer. Since 2008 she has been responsible for the business development of the product offer addressed to legal and public customers. In the following years, she extended her responsibility to other market segments targeted by Wolters Kluwer Poland's offer. Since 2012, she has been present on the Management Board of Wolters Kluwer Poland.

She is responsible for the implementation of Wolters Kluwer's strategy in Poland and its consistency with LR Division's goals. Accountable for budget targets and product transformation in all markets. She combines a leadership role with effective management of a team of managers responsible for the development of the Public, Legal & Corporate markets and the Marketing Department.

She was accountable for the acquisition of LexisNexis by Wolters Kluwer in Poland in 2014.  She initiated the creation of the information service and continues to be responsible for its development.  Active in the structures of Legal Regulatory: Strategy Leads and Marketing Directors.  Along with the teams she led, she was the winner of awards in the areas of marketing, digital marketing and sales at Wolters Kluwer.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University and Executive MBA program at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS accreditation).
