Adam is a Customer Service Technical Coordinator at Wolters Kluwer CT Corporation where he is responsible for supporting our Managed Services customers, including CT’s Entity Managed Services.
Adam works closely with the Entity Compliance Managed Services team to ensure all requests are handled timely and accurately. He also works with second-level customer support analysts and developers to resolve issues.
Adam has spent many years at CT in customer service supporting the success of our Managed Services clients. Adam has years of experience working directly with customers to meet the day-to-day needs associated with unique compliance needs of their businesses.
Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, Missouri.
