On the 8th - 10th of September we will host Trainer the Trainer training online.
This program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and practical skills required to deliver the BowTieXP Suite to your clients.
By completing these training tracks and levels, you will be able to:
- Implement and configure BowTie Suite effectively.
- Support clients in advanced risk analysis, audits, and incident management.
- Strengthen compliance and governance within enterprise environments.
The training consists of two tracks, each with two levels, enabling you to build foundational knowledge and progress to advanced capabilities.

Note: To be eligible for Track Two, participants must successfully complete Track One.

Track 1: Bowtie Risk Analysis (to be planned for September 2026) Time investment = 3 days Equip partners with the knowledge and tools to independently implement BowTieXP Enterprise projects and train others effectively. By completing this track, participants will be fully equipped to support the design, configuration of BowTieXP Enterprise solutions, enabling them to lead implementations and support organizational risk management initiatives. By completing this module, participants will be able to support organizational risk management at an advanced level, ensuring both technical accuracy and governance. |
Track 2: Audits and Incidents on Bowties (Track 1 (Level 1 + Level 2) completion is necessary to sign up for this track) Time investment = 3.5 days Participants will learn how to manage audits and incidents within the Enterprise environment from an end-user perspective, with the goal of strengthening compliance and operational safety. The training covers the audit workflow, including how to assign and complete a survey, register a deviation, and ensure proper documentation. In addition, participants will learn how to record, track, and analyze observations and incidents, ensuring accurate reporting and effective follow-up actions. Finally, learners will gain skills in integrating IncidentXP with BowTieXP, creating a seamless workflow that connects risk analysis with barrier-centric audits and incident management. |

Participants will first complete the BowTie Method e-learning and BowTieXP Enterprise Core e-learning to build a strong foundation. After this, they will learn how to apply BowTie analysis within the Enterprise environment for effective risk communication and sharing. They will also gain practical skills in creating and editing simple BowTie diagrams directly in the Enterprise tool. Time investment: 0.5 day |
