Now, any time you have a technical issue, such as a problem logging in or accessing your resources, a Technical Support engineer will be available to assist you.

Technical support engineers in Australia and New Zealand are available during business hours: Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm AEST, but if your call is received outside business hours it will be routed to an open office in another time zone.
