Kelly brings over 10 years of regulatory compliance experience having worked for several mortgage companies and national banks.
Kelly studied economics and political science at the University of California, Los Angeles, and public policy at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Kelly also holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from William Mitchell College of Law, now Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.
