She leads the vision and strategy for the Professional Tax & Accounting business, with a focus on delivering innovative, cloud-based solutions that increase customers’ productivity and profitability.
Rowe has more than 25 years of experience in the tax and accounting industry, with a proven ability to deliver innovative customer solutions.
Before joining Wolters Kluwer in 2006, Rowe spent several years in public accounting, working with two of the Big Four accounting firms, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, and has experience in a smaller firm.
During her time at Wolters Kluwer, she has delivered several award-winning solutions to the audit industry, led multiple contextual design projects, and won the Wolters Kluwer 2019 Global Innovation Award. Rowe was recognized by CPA Practice Advisor as a “40 Under 40” leader in 2013, honored by Accounting Today as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in both 2024 and 2025, and named by CPA Practice Advisor as one of the Most Powerful Women in Accounting for 2025.She holds a patent for a blockchain innovation.
