Looking at the world of Group Controllers, Finance Managers and Consolidation Managers, we notice that many companies have not yet found the most efficient way of consolidating. For example, if you are still working with Excel during the consolidation process, you rely on the spreadsheets, while manual changes or entries increase the chance of errors. Another example is that the consolidation process takes a lot of time if you do not involve an efficient CPM system. We also know that without the right CPM system it is difficult to keep up with the changing regulations.
