Roy Mulder is the EVP Finance & Chief Financial Officer of the Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Division.

In this position Mr. Mulder is responsible for the entire finance function of the €1.0 billion in revenue Division.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Mulder worked in the Health Division where he was the VP Finance of the Health Learning Research and practice business I unit in the United States. Prior roles include Vice President Business Analysis & Control of Wolters Kluwer nv at the Corporate Headquarters in the Netherlands and Senior Director Global Finance of Medical Research within Wolters Kluwer’s Health division in the United States. Before that he held various positions at the Corporate headquarters including Corporate Finance and Treasury.
Mr. Mulder has more than 25 years of experience in all key finance processes, including financial risk management, audit, M&A and treasury.
Before joining Wolters Kluwer in 1997, Mr. Mulder was employed by Ernst & Young, where he was trained to become an accountant.
Mr. Mulder holds an MBA degree of Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University (US) and the Tias Business School, Catholic University, Tilburg (NL). He holds a master degree in Economics (International Finance) from the University of Amsterdam.
Mr. Mulder is based at the Wolters Kluwer offices in Alphen a/d Rijn in the Netherlands.
