Beverly Odom is a Transactional Business Consultant at CT Corporation, serving as a UCC and transactional subject matter expert for CT’s clients in the South and East region. In her role, she focuses on corporate compliance issues arising in the context of financial closings, M&A, real estate transactions, corporate formations and dissolutions, and corporate reorganizations, among others.
Prior to joining CT, Beverly served as an Account Executive, Trainer and Customer Specialist for the legal and financial industries in the south and southwest. In these roles Beverly was responsible managing existing and new accounts while maintaining relationships and educating clients on services and products. She joined CT in 2011 as UCC Business Consultant and has worked with clients in the south and east. Beverly resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
