Cindy is a content manager in the Tax Division of Wolters Kluwer Australia Research and Learning, contributing to the development and enhancement of tax research content across key practice areas including income tax and tax treaties and agreements. She also writes for flagship Wolters Kluwer tax publications such as the CCH Australian Tax Week and CCH Australian Master Tax Guide. In addition, Cindy leads a team of content analysts, guiding the creation and enhancement of tax content. Since joining Wolters Kluwer in 2008. Cindy has held the positions of Tax Law Writer and Senior Tax Law Writer.
Beyond her work at Wolters Kluwer, Cindy is a Tax Professional Instructor at The Tax Institute for its Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) program, where she shares her knowledge with emerging tax professionals. In addition, her thought leadership has been featured in The Tax Institute journals, including The Tax Specialist and Taxation in Australia.
Cindy holds a Master of International Taxation from the University of New South Wales, Sydney (UNSW Sydney), where she graduated as the best performing student in her cohort. She was awarded The CPA Australia (NSW Division) Prize and placed on the Dean's List for Academic Excellence in UNSW Sydney Business School.
