iAuthor

iAuthor is used as an online proof-viewing and author correction platform for journal contributors.

PubKit

PubKit is used for the project, content and communication management of most books and loose-leafs.

PublishOne

PublishOne is used to automate and systematize the workflow for selected books and content updates, allowing for advanced content creation using a Microsoft Word plugin.

ONS

ONS is used to structure the input and automate the workflow for news and summaries of case law and legislation.

Rights & Permissions

We try to keep a fair balance between obtaining the necessary rights for a reasonable exploitation of your work and your needs as an author to be able to use your work in other ways.

The author is responsible for clearing permission and for receiving written approval for reproduction of any third party’s copyrighted material that is included in his/her work. An example of a request letter can be found below.

Any request for permission to re-use your work outside the standard rights that you have retained as an author should be directed to our Permissions partner in the UK: Publishers Licensing Services at www.plsclear.com.

Our foreign translation rights department is actively involved in translation and licensing ventures, and we encourage all our authors to inform us about potential translation opportunities.
