  • How do I get started with my four free confirmations?

    Getting started takes just a few minutes. Simply create a CCH Validate account by visiting this log-in page and selecting “No account? Create one.” Follow the prompts to enter your email address and some basic profile information, and that's it. You’re ready to start your free trial with four complimentary confirmations with CCH Validate.

    Your trial includes two complimentary individual requests and two consolidated requests which are valid for 90 days after you create your CCH Validate Account.

    At the end of your 90-day try out period, you can purchase additional confirmations through our eStore.

    You may also want to consider CCH Axcess™ Validate, which leverages the CCH Axcess platform and allows multiple users to access your confirmation requests via a centralized client and staff list. Contact a representative here if you are interested in a multi-user setup.

  • How do I purchase CCH Validate?

    To purchase CCH Validate:

    First, create your CCH Validate account and access your four complimentary confirmations. Once you have a CCH Validate account, you can purchase additional confirmations through the eStore, which can be accessed from within CCH Validate. Simply click the shopping cart at the top right of the screen to purchase more individual and/or consolidated requests.

    To purchase CCH Axcess Validate:

    Contact a representative here to purchase CCH Axcess Validate licenses and confirmations. CCH Axcess Validate is great for existing CCH Axcess users, or for teams who require shared access to confirmations. An existing CCH Axcess license is not required.

  • What's the difference between CCH Validate and CCH Axcess Validate?

    CCH Validate and CCH Axcess Validate differ only in who can access your clients. CCH Validate is an individual account, accessible by only you. Multiple users on your team can have their own CCH Validate accounts, but the accounts will not be connected.

    CCH Axcess Validate functions the same as CCH Validate, but is hosted in the CCH Axcess platform, allowing multiple team members to work on the same clients.

  • Can I use CCH Validate with my team?
    CCH Validate is for individual use only. For a collaborative experience, consider CCH Axcess Validate.
