Frequently Asked Questions
  • How long will I be an advocate for?
Our Wolters Kluwer Advocate Program lasts for 12 months from the point of agreement. After 12 months we will be in touch to ask if you would like to renew your involvement in the program.
  • Do I need to be a customer to be part of your advocacy program?
At this point in time, the Wolters Kluwer Advocacy Program is only open to customers. However, if you are not currently a Wolters Kluwer customer but know our products and wish to be part of the program, please register your interest and we can have a discussion.
  • I am camera shy. Do I have to present to be part of the program?
No, you do not. Being a guest presenter is a great way to have your business front of mind. By promoting the great work your company is doing via webinars and in-person events, you can help build your brand, while also attracting new potential employees looking for their next great challenge. Because of this, we do encourage our advocates to co-present in our webinars and events. That said, if you are unable to present, we will never force you!
  • How much time out of my schedule will I need to commit?
We will always be there for our advocates, however we’ll never take more time out of your schedule than is needed. Because of this, please expect no more than 1 hour per quarter taken out of your schedule, unless you request more face time with us.
  • How many events do you do in a calendar year?
In Australia, we plan to run 10 events throughout the calendar year. As an advocate, you will have first preference on which events you would like to attend before we promote it to the market.
  • What is a Wolters Kluwer Customer Reference?
Occasionally, potential customers may ask to meet with a current customer to understand how they’re finding our solutions a year post implementation. As a customer reference, we ask you be willing to provide us with a testimonial or meet a potential customer to share your real-life experience. This will include what you learnt while implementing our suite of solutions. Please note your time is important to us, so we will never ask this of you more than once per quarter.
