Priva is an international working company with several foreign offices along with their headquarters in the Netherlands.We need to integrate our data as we have different companies, different offices, we need to bring information together from different systems.Of course, in finance, you have several processes, monthly reporting, year closing, budgeting, planning.

Our board and the management require timely information, to not wait too long and, of course, access correct information.

4aWe had a solution for consolidating yearly accounts.Next to that, we had Excel solutions for monthly reporting and for budgeting and forecasting.CCH Tagetik is a tool that can be operated by finance without the need for an IT specialistto configure or set up things.

For a period, we started to use CCH Tagetik with our solutions.The advantage of this was we had a fallback.

Next to that, we could check the outcomes of CCH Tagetik andthe new process with what we were used to.

With the workflow that's available in CCH Tagetik, youhave a dashboard and cockpit where you can see the status of every office.

10aWith CCH Tagetik, we can reuse the same data in different ways.

Our yearly accounts are a bit different from our monthly management accounts.

The roll-up of the data is different, but you can very easily define different hierarchies in CCH Tagetik.This makes my life a lot easier than it was in the past.
