Lisa Nelson was named CEO of Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporate Compliance (FCC) in March 2025. She oversees a division that provides a wide range of technology-enabled lending, regulatory and investment compliance solutions, corporate services, and legal entity compliance solutions. Lisa leads FCC’s strategy to help financial services and corporate professionals maintain ongoing compliance requirements, increase efficiency and produce better business outcomes.
Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Lisa was President of International at Equifax, accountable for more than $1.4 billion of annual revenues across 24 countries. She and her team delivered insights fueled by unique data, analytics and technology to customers in the financial services, telco/utility, auto and corporate sectors. She previously acted as Managing Director for the company’s Canada and Australia/New Zealand regions.
Before that, Lisa was Vice President of Global Scoring Solutions for FICO (Fair Isaac Corporation), overseeing the sale and delivery of scoring services for clients worldwide. She held executive leadership positions within market strategy, product management, direct and channel partner sales, regulatory compliance and business operations. Prior to her work at FICO, Lisa held executive positions with FIS (Fidelity Information Services) and Deluxe Corporation.
Lisa is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and earned her master’s degree in New Venture Management at the University of St. Thomas.
