Hans Howk is Manager of the Knowledge Specialist Team, CT’s research arm responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s enterprise knowledgebase of business license regulations and filing processes across industries nationwide. He serves as a strategic internal advisor to key leaders across the Business Licensing organization, translating complex statutory and regulatory requirements into clear operational guidance, and strengthening compliance decision-making through deep research and regulatory analysis.
Hans provides Sales support as a subject matter expert in business compliance, helping teams navigate nuanced regulatory considerations, respond confidently to client questions, and position solutions effectively in complex deal environments.
Separately, he leads the development of AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and knowledge delivery within the compliance space.
As a Business License SME, Hans hosts high-impact business compliance webinars, and manages, coaches, and develops a growing team of specialists to ensure consistent excellence in knowledge delivery and client support.
