Thejournal's mission is to: 1) provide timely resources to dermatology nurses and other health care professionals that can be incorporated easily into daily practice, 2) improve care to dermatology patients and families by providing up-to-date information, 3) publish scholarly works in the field of dermatology, 4) foster discussion of issues and trends that affect practice; and, 5) promote dialogue between dermatology practitioners and other disciplines.
