About

Paul has several years of experience in legal practice, but for the better part of 30 years has written for CCH Australia Ltd, both in a full-time capacity and also as a consultant. He has written mainly in the area of property law—for the first eight years of his time at CCH, with property law expert and prolific author Andrew Lang—but over time has written in other areas as well, including succession and torts.

Paul has also worked as a casual academic at both the University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney. He tutored, and occasionally lectured, to business law students at UNSW and tutored in corporations law in the Business School at the University of Sydney.

Currently, Paul is the editor of Lang’s Commercial Leasing in Australia, the Australian and New Zealand Conveyancing Report, Australian Company Law Cases, Australian Corporations Legislation, ASIC Releases and a number of other CCH company law publications.
