Elevating diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I)

In 2021, Wolters Kluwer introduced ENGAGE, a company-wide sustainability strategy, including a focus on and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

Our DE&I Content Guide for Healthcare is a direct outcome of this commitment, as bias in healthcare language can have a detrimental impact on patient care. Our DE&I Content Guide helps employees be intentional in the development of unbiased and culturally- sensitive content that is representative of the diverse customers, healthcare providers, students, and patients we serve and based on evidence.
