We have a global Ethics & Compliance Program that is designed to mitigate the risk of non-compliance with laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards. It includes a set of policies and procedures, annual ethics and compliance risk assessments, ongoing communication awareness activities, and company-wide and role-based training.
Our Code of Business Ethics
Our Code of Business Ethics describes our commitment to acting ethically and complying with our corporate policies and applicable laws. It includes topics such as competing fairly and prohibiting bribery and corruption. The Code provides us guidance for how to conduct our day-to-day work in an ethical manner.

Compliance Training

Every year all employees are required to complete our Annual Compliance Training Program which includes courses on our Code of Business Ethics, SpeakUp, cybersecurity, data privacy and other key compliance topics. Through various communication and other training activities during the year, employees are supported in their understanding how our values and ethical standards apply in their day-to-day work and interactions with colleagues, customers and business partners.
