Nancy McKinstry has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chair of the Executive Board of Wolters Kluwer since 2003. Nancy has led the digital transformation of Wolters Kluwer into a global expert solutions company. Nancy will be retiring in February 2026 and Stacey Caywood was named as a member of the Executive Board of Wolters Kluwer and her successor in May 2025.
Stacey Caywood was appointed as a Member of the Wolters Kluwer Executive Board in May 2025. She will succeed Nancy McKinstry as CEO upon Nancy’s retirement in February 2026. Stacey has previously served as CEO of Wolters Kluwer’s Health and Legal & Regulatory divisions where she led the development of advanced healthcare technology and drove growth in European and U.S. markets.

Karen Abramson is the CEO of Corporate Performance & ESG. Karen leads the division’s four global, cloud-based software businesses which focus on corporate performance management, ESG (environmental, social, and governance), EHS (environment, health and safety), audit assurance, and risk.

Dennis Cahill is Chief Technology Officer for the Wolters Kluwer Digital eXperience Group (DXG). Dennis drives DXG to apply advanced technologies and tools to grow revenue in the company’s digital portfolio while focusing on customer needs today and tomorrow.
Maria Montenegro is Chief Strategy Officer for Wolters Kluwer. In this role, Maria partners with the Executive Board and leads the development of strategies to drive business growth, transformation, and innovation across the company.
Bill Baker has been Chief Human Resources Officer of Wolters Kluwer since 2021. Bill focuses on human resources strategies, policies, and processes that position Wolters Kluwer as a leading employer for our talented colleagues serving our customers around the world.
Caroline Wouters is the Chief Brand & Communications Officer of Wolters Kluwer. In this role, she leads the development of the global brand and communications strategy aimed at amplifying the company’s commercial success.
