Jennifer is a Senior Associate in HWL Ebsworth’s Wills and Estate Planning practice. Jennifer practises exclusively in Wills and Estates across all areas of estate planning, probate, contentious and non-contentious estate administration, estate litigation and trusts.
Jennifer specialises in complex estate matters, including family provision claims, statutory will applications, complex probate (such as grants for informal documents, lost wills, copy wills and foreign persons) and intestacy.
Jennifer holds a Master of Applied Law majoring in Wills and Estates from the College of Law. She is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner with The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a global professional association for practitioners practising in this space. Jennifer is also a member of The Tax Institute of Australia.
In 2022, Jennifer was recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Wills, Estates & Succession Planning Rising Star for NSW & ACT.
Jennifer is a keen writer and speaker committed to sharing knowledge with other practitioners and professionals. She is a regular contributing author to the Law Society of NSW and presenter of seminars on the topic of succession law.
