Lippincott portfolio of journals sees sweeping impact factor gains

Wolters Kluwer, Health announced today that three of its Lippincott journals have been ranked #1 based on their 2020 Journal Citation Report (JCR) Impact Factor Score from Clarivate Analytics. An Impact Factor (IF) is a measurement of the frequency by which an article in a scholarly journal is cited in a particular year. Of the 210 Lippincott titles listed in the JCR rankings, 88% had Impact Factor gains over the previous year, with 98 journals increasing by 25% or more.

Lippincott holds 17 Top 5 rankings across 13 specialties and 36 Top 10 rankings across 27 specialties. Rounding out the top 20 rankings, Lippincott holds 77 spots across 50 specialties.
