Sheila started her career as a Legal advisor in American Express. Before joining Wolters Kluwer in 2011, she was employed as a Legal Editor in Lexis Nexis. During that time, Sheila was one of the editors who revamped the database, beginning with the Atkin's Court Forms Malaysia. She performed research, editing and proofing to ensure the commentary was at the highest possible standard.
At Wolters Kluwer, Sheila is responsible for writing and editing Wolters Kluwer’s Asia Pacific Employment Law content and the Malaysian Employment Law publications.

Kavitha has written content on emotional intelligence at workplace, organisational ethics, effective communication at workplace, HR outsourcing, social media and workplace flexibility.
