Wolters Kluwer among European Diversity Leaders according to Financial Times

Wolters Kluwer is one of Europe’s Diversity Leaders, according to a new 2021 special report from the Financial Times.

In a survey across 16 European countries, employees and human resources experts were asked to assess employers in the fields of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQ+ and general diversity. The 850 companies with the highest scores made the final list of Diversity Leaders.

The FT highlights how the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is leading businesses to explore new ways to create a more inclusive society, with increased emphasis on diversity and inclusion efforts.

“This year’s challenges have called on our resilience and strength as an organization," said Wolters Kluwer CEO Nancy McKinstry. "Our teams have benefitted from our strong foundation, rooted in our digital transformation and our diverse and inclusive culture, which have enabled us to be innovative and agile in responding to the needs of our people and our customers. We’re proud to be among the Financial Times Diversity Leaders 2021 and will continue advancing our commitment to diversity and inclusion."
