Adoption of contract lifecycle management software is increasing. 42% of respondents use CLM software, which is up from 33% in last year's edition.

The majority of the workload (62%) is handled in-house, while 20% is handled by another department. A very small portion of work is outsourced to law firms (8%) and alternative legal service providers (2%).
