Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Asia Pacific saying goodbye to Microsoft Silverlight application framework

It will come as no surprise that Wolters Kluwer is replacing Microsoft Silverlight by October 2021, enabling users to access CCH iFirm Tax in their preferred browser of choice.

The next-generation enhancements for iFirm Tax form are an essential component of Wolters Kluwer’s ongoing commitment to innovative cloud solutions and user experiences for accounting practices.

“Our iFirm journey includes the delivery of a brand-new rich user interface experience across the wider CCH iFirm platform. Early beta program feedback confirms iFirm Tax module web pages load faster, are easier to navigate, and improve the overall user productivity and experience. We are thrilled to be able to deliver on our ongoing investments within iFirm to create functional end-user experiences," said Rakesh Naidu, Head of Product for cloud tax and accounting software Asia Pacific for Wolters Kluwer in Asia-Pacific.

Continuing to lead the way for cloud-accounting platforms, we are committed to the continuation of customer innovation and testing programs of our software.
