Hemala began her tax career at KPMG Kuala Lumpur, where she last held the position of Senior Tax Consultant. She joined Wolters Kluwer in 2014 as a Tax Editor.
She writes and edits the research content for the Asia Tax and Malaysia Accounting practice areas on CCH iKnowConnect. She also contributes to other Wolters Kluwer tax publications, including managing the annual Malaysia Budget: Tax and Accounting Report.
